If you don't want to attempt this yourself, I'd recommend Eric at Bumper Plugs:

I just did this job myself, actually my girl friend did it (did not want to pay $250 for having it done) with the touch up paint from Porsche, 3 layers of paint and then clear coat . Take a very small brush, great lighting and a steady hand. If you paint too far beyond the edge, let it dry overnight, chip it off with your fingernail and give it another layer thats why I had to give it 3 layers. It's time consuming but the outcome is great, black wheels, black caps with white RS
The next time I think I would drop it off at a nail place, these woman paint finger nails all day long some of them are real artists, I imagine they would do a superb job.

Good luck!
