touch up paint for Calipers

Noticed i have nasty chip on one of my calipers. Anyone with experience touching up paint chips on the calipers? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'd been wondering the same thing. I've had this chip in mine for a while and would love to touch it up. It'd obviously have to be able to withstand high heat too.

Not sure if there's any easy solution to this that'll make it look like it never happened.

Some fellows have had good luck with VHT's caliper paint system (paint/clear), but that's going to involved entirely refinishing them.

Here's a fellow that did just that to his 993 calipers and this is how they've held up over 2 years and lots of track days...

If just touching up I would buy a can of engine paint in the color you want from an auto parts store. Spray a puddle onto a piece of paper and use a small brush to touch up before it dries.

We also offer the G2 paint system as well. It'll do an entire car's worth, but you can always mix a teaspoon of each paint/hardner for touchup.

Are they red? You need a thick paint that has a clear in it, I would just use a little brush. Don't try to paint the whole thing! Show us a pic...
