996 GT3 - Front right fender hot to touch

I'm not sure why I haven't noticed this before but when I came home from a drive yesterday, I noticed the top front right fender was quite warm to the touch. Is this normal ? Are there cooling pipes underneath the fender that have hot fluids ? TIA
