Numbers quoted on Pistonheads in the UK for world production suggest 1909 for the 7RS.1, but only 200 for the 996RS, (which never came to NA). That would suggest the 6RS is a guaranteed future collectable...

Sounds about right. RHD 6RS (perhaps 40 or 50 made) is a strong strong buy at £55k imo. Only 300 odd RHD 6 GT3s all told. Even the cooking model make a lot of sense at c.£40k.

6 GT3 (3rd place) recently trounced the 7 GT3 in a evo's top 100 driver's cars, incidentally.
