Does the factory make such a thing as a Turbo Cup car? With AWD and the GT1 turbo motor tuned for just the track?

Cup cars are all naturally aspirated.

You should find it really hard to find ANY race car that is built with a turbo. Race series absolutely kill forced induction cars with restrictions
