First watercooler....

Can't keep all of the cars...the 993TT is likely a short timer. Will I regret this?

07 - 997 GT3.

Having owned 930, 964, 993, 996 and 997 GT3 and GT3RS I will say that the 997 GT3/RS is unbelieveably awesome.
I will say though that the 993 platform was special. Great chassis, loved it. I owned a 993 3.8 RSR. I loved that car.
You will enjoy the 997 GT3.
