Holy Depreciation GT2
doesn't seem crazy to me. 140k for gt2's with 1-3k miles and the good c/f seats, 129k for gt2 with 17k miles and the weaker seats. that's the offer price remember, the real bids are prob much lower if this thing trades at all. 17k miles! that's a lot of possible overrevs!!
great deal none the less.
Yes, I meant they missed the deviated stitching on the handbrake/shifter. I do agree it is a great deal and something I would just fix at that price.
the porsche will........the small handful of cheap scuds out there will dissappear soon enough. most owners realize they have a great car and won't think about selling cheap. the cheap scuds you see are the guys that bought them and couldn't afford them so they dumped them.

I asked if the car been tracked before and here is what the seller said
no, and your welcome to get the car inspected at the local porsche dealer. This car looks like it has 1000 miles. Pristine !!
I was going to pick this one up about a month ago since the price is about the same with my ordered 10GT3 that just came in. I decided to stick with the GT3. I've seen some 08 GT2s with 3-5K miles for around $145-$155K.
It's a beautiful car, unbelievable power, and a great price. If I was looking, I wouldn't be put off by the miles. I bought my 'S' with 20K miles and have been very satisfied. You can fry a car with 5K miles almost as easily as 17K, so it's not really relevant for anything but resale. If you're holding on to it, it's all good.
But the wheels (terrible) and the stitching (just not my preference) are a turnoff. Only one can be changed.

Lovely car though, perfectly broken in !
