DME scan for a private-sale GT3
I am thinking about getting my first Porsche and has my eye on a pre-owned GT3 from a private seller. I recently found one from a private seller and would get ppi and inspection done on it. What is the best way to get that done? Will a Porsche dealer to do that for me or do I need to take it to a 3rd party.

You can have a Porsche dealership read out the ECU... if it's in Norcal I can do an ECU dump for you too.

Alex, What's the diff between an ECU dump and a DME report?

That'd be great, I'm in northern cal. Do you also do pre-sale full inspection in addition to the ppi

Nevermind, deal fell through. Now looking again...

Anyone know a good shop to do PPI down in Socal or should I just pay the dealer to do it?
