White looks great but I can understand how brake dust can be in reality UNMANAGEABLE.

It is stictly a matter of taste. I have had more than one cars in magazines and that should speak for itself. Classic has no time frame. White monochrome has a look unto its own - some like it and some don't; however, whiite, black tires, white face transends time. I think it is simply a matter of taste - either you have it or you don't. White body, black tires, white wheels with chrome hoops or not, is race timeless.

 

Its not a GT but here's mine with white. I still think it looks nice but they are a pain to keep clean. My detailer has suggested putting on a clear coat to manage the brake dust, havnt done that yet.

 

my vote is for the black wheels, matte black would look awesome on your white car. The white wheels would look dated in my opinion.

Your car looks great. As already stated - it's a personal choice - but I would go with black over white. I also like the stock silver.
