How much would that same wheel weigh at 19"? I won't argue "look" since there's no accounting for taste, but personally I think a 911 in 20" wheels looks like it's wearing clown shoes. I respect that others feel differently about the cosmetics.

There's no denying that larger wheels necessarily weigh more, limit tire choice, and are a detriment to performance in all cases (other factors being equal). Perhaps that's an acceptable tradeoff for street cars but it's antithetical for a track-focused GT car. Calling it a "race" package doesn't really change the physics.

its not just the weight of the wheel. you're adding wheel diameter and subtracting tire sidewall. that has a big impact.

Even if they are lighter, you're adding significant rotational inertia that must be overcome, which will affect acceleration and deceleration, as the moment of inertia (resistance to change) is increased. It also puts more stress on the attachment points and brakes due to increased torque on those parts (by adding 1" in wheel diameter, you're furthering the edge of the wheel, which adds weight at the end of a longer radius than before, hence increased torque on the center).

It's obviously a quality product, but I wouldn't go so far to say it's a performance thing...

No disrespect, but I think that design would be better suited on a sedan. That said, I do like the wheels pictured in the COR Forged avatar.
