Any narrow body '03+ 996 rear bumper cover will fit.

 

Actually it's not the factory paint, it's the supplier's paint. They're all painted separately from the car before they get shipped by the supplier. Cuts down the build time & cost for Porsche. It's one of the tricks the Toyota guys showed them.
