First of all thank you for all the compliments! I am thoroughly enjoying this car! It feels good to be driving a stick! It has that Je ne sais quoi thing you know compared to DSG's, etc..

The only thing I could do down the road is change the calipers to be RED or GREY (body color) as I have red stitching in the car. So I cannot change the belts to Yellow.

I am hesitant on changing the caliper colors as the yellow highlights they are PCCBs which I like

 

Yes! Grey, even better than black. Those who know, know PCCB, those who don't who cares?

 

You can still tell PCCB by the rotor right? You may think about silver calipers to tie into the wing uprights.

how about grey/black calipers but with yellow porsche decal for the pccbs

 

I really like it with the black graphics on the car now. Looks gorgeous.

I would do Grey (body color) with black script. That's the look I want

 

can someone delete this thread. everytime i se it i wanna trade my car for an RS... LOL but i know ive said it many times . I LOVE this car and ideas for it. keep em coming. in my opinion keep the calipers yellow its a nice contrast. look good when driving too. thats my .02 cents

I think I'm the first to ask, but how does it compare to your 997.1?

 

Try red calipers, and rather than porsche just put RS on the calipers in the same script as your body decal in black, or yellow if you want to represent PCCB.

 

Why don't you just have the msrp+mod cost on your calipers?

if I trade my car for an RS I would only get a headlight so let's keep this thread rolling...

 

So we had the Roll Bar painted to match the body color and it came out soo bad (not even close!! ), so I decided to get it done in black instead. I think that will look best with the theme I was going with anyways! Got Red Schroth Harnesses and Sharkwerks Red Fire Extinguisher as well.

Car should be done by Friday!!

I cannot wait and find time to hit the track in May!

For any other color then the Grey, the body color to me makes the most sense but after looking at the grey bar inside the car and the theme, Black is the cleanest/safest solution for me.

I also ordered some cool Track numbers that I'll put on the car!

 

keep the PCCB Yellow! that's the icon color, the color it should be in + it contrasts the car really well.
