what to look for before buying a 996gt3...

had PDI done they changed one wheel bearing, replaced all brake pads and front rotors, oil brake flush and will cpo this gt3 with 14k miles 2004 some small amt of track history with 5 owners...both rear side panels were repainted but back and bumper ok..everything stock except rear trailing arms upgraded....anything to look for before buying...i am trading my 997s for this but the car will be bought sight unseen from a porsche dealership that will cpo the car for me with 2 yr warranty.(1000 mles away).....autocheck all negative..

they did an alignment which i assume is stock i will get that today too and have them change to track alignment..

anything else to ask...only one overev of 500..will get the printout later today...having hard time sleeping thinking about those intoxicating high rpm runs down the straights awaiting me.....

any feedback would be appreciated..cant wait to join what i think will be an awsome track car...been tracking the 997s for 5 yrs time to move up!

if you are going to make it a track beast you should think about adjustable drop links to remove sway bar preload (RSS, GMG, Tarett, TRG). You will also want to get adjustable rear toe links and locking plates for the concentrics to help hold your rear alignment...it's a real drivers car...enjoy
