One of his ads says the car's got 79xx miles, the other with the carfax link says it has 8322 miles. Regardless, a new clutch at 7900 miles = previous owner(s) probably didn't know how to drive it.

The Carrera GT for $249K has been wrecked, hard! The car has about 8300 miles on it now and it has been for sale for over 6 months. The seller of the car has the original title and it was transfered thru 3 dealers and they now can't seem to produce a title that links the seller or dealer to the car in the state of california.

^That doesn't look "wrecked hard". It's priced accordingly IMHO, but the title issues would put me off.

damage doesnt look too bad.

The information handed out in this thread so far is the exact reason why I can still find a light of hope on the internet after a day of non-sense.

Thanks gentlemen

At Motorcars of Hollywood, every car has a "story" like an unsold screenplay or an out of work actor. Good work on the accident pics AZ. How did you come by those. The accident damage pics don't look too bad. As far as unclear title, check with DMV. They will pull their sales license if they try and sell cars without clear title. As far as the milage discrepancy, Sid Blitz uses his inventory as daily drivers rather than his own car.

Now it all makes sense!
