bleeding brakes

need some advice...did a track event 3 weeks ago, switched track to street pads, since the switch break pedal soft w lots of travel before they start to catch...during track event braking was perfect...

i bled them 3 times since with both pressure bleeder and wife on brake pedal, but still soft w more than normal travel...

what more do i need to do...ps i always started w brake furthest from master cylinder etc...both the inside and outside of the caliper...and took out a significant amount each time...have been bleeding brakes for a very long time, not a newbe and bleed them evey other event w motol 660............after the 3rd time there is some improvement in pedal but not the usuall feel...what am i missing...

I know it is an old thread, but did you find the solution for soft brake pedal?
