P50 green pads on ceramics and brake wear sensors

For you guys who have changed to the P50 motorsports green pads:

On the fronts do you reuse the anti-rattle plates (two thin pieces of metal that go behind the pads?

Is there any way to get the brake wear sensors out without breaking them?

Can I just zip tie the up behind the caliper without any problems? I'm not going to rely on them to tell me when my pads are worn anyway!

Thanks

If anyone is interested: Do not use the anti-rattle shims. Also better to cut the sensor wires and short them out ( strip and twist them together and cover them) if you plan on not using the sensors. I'll report on the green motorsports pads performance after this weekend.
