OMP wheel with paddle shift?

I was watching this video and realized they were using a sq. gearbox with OMP st. wheel with paddle shifters. I'd like to give it a try and do the same on my tip. C2S, do you think its doable? Where would you hide the electronics and cables etc?

It was weird to see the shifter lever move by itself with each paddle shifter.

Yeah, thats one thing but if paddle shifters could be done on a simple OMP wheel, well lets improvise
