Thumbs up got a call toady - my Kreissieg system has arrived!

One week of wait time after the order, my GT3 Kreissieg valvetronic exhaust has touched the U.S ground today! I have not seen the unit yet, but I will be checking it out either tomorrow or monday. ah.. it is killin me..hehe

Is there anyone else who might be interested in this unit?
If so, I will try to compose a group buy or something for TT,GT2 and GT3.

Make sure to post some nice photos and keep an eye on the Check Engine Light. It would be great if you can put that thing on a scale before you install it and report the weight. There are only a few of us that know what that beast sounds like with an open muffler. Enjoy!!!

Thanks, quatermile, seems like some people are just against of this exhaust system altogether because of the unit price.. but I will tell ya, when I talked with folks who have installed these units to their cars, they were absolutely happy with it and gave two thumbs up for sure. I have had a chance to listen to the one on an M3 recently, it just sounded like a GT car when the valve was opened. For sure I will let you know the progress on this. I have it scheduled to install this week.

Cool!!! No I don't have to take the brunt of the abuse for spending $4,200 on my Europipe exhaust....

Inidana, not too far from chicago. Kreissieg US is also having one installed on their GT3 as well - titanium version!!
I measured weight of mine, stainless steel version - it came out to be approx. 48 LBS including the cats and tips. Stock exhausts alone were over 48 LBS.. so, I know I am shaving quite a bit of weight off.. as far as craftman-ship, honestly, I have never seen anything like this before. They also had turbo, GT2 and muricelago etc .. units in stock and they all looked just ridiculous - very, very nice quality. Here are some of photos I have taken on friday. They will be installing exhausts to mine as well as to their car this coming week. so, I will keep you guys posted. I am so exicted.. haha

It looks like a very high quality product, I am wondering whether it will stay shinny like that after a few months

The best mod is exhaust, it will make you smile everytime you drive your car, its something that we can hear when we are driving unlike wheels, you won't be able to see them when you are driving ^^ good luck and congrats

is the idea that you can switch between muffler and full bypass at the flick of a switch?

what justifies the price?
