MGR-GT3 is infamous around these parts
You drive faster and more relaxed when you tow your car to the track. The possibility of having any type of issue at the track and having to drive back home (or not being able to do so) after your track day is over will always be in the back of your mind while you're driving.

I live in Miami, and drive to and from Sebring. So I can relate to your situation.

I just recently bought a 07 GT3. The car has GT2 folding buckets, OEM Club Sport Roll Bar and harness.

You need some tires you can drive from and to the track, which is hard to find in 18 inch wheels. I am having that problem right now with my track wheels.

Stupid Toyo with their discontinued RA1's!!!

IMO you'll get a lot more out of the $20 spending it on consumables and track time than you will on the minute differences between an '07 and '10 car.
