I 've got a 2010 im looking to buy, but these are the options i want, and the car doesnt have them, can these be installed by porsche or do they need to be pre installed?

 

As far as I know, DEM can only be retrofitted to earlier non-DEM cars that have the pigtail pre-wiring for it. So your 2010 may or may not have it depending on build date.

Axle lift system will be very expensive to retrofit. You might be better off with aftermarket nose-lift systems like the one from Techart, which while cheaper than an oem retrofit, is still much more expensive than the option itself.
