997 Gt2s have take such a hit
I have just learned to accept over the years that money spent on mods is just unrecoverable. I LOVE moding my machinery, and making it unique, mine, better faster stronger, but the buyers market generally is not interested. They see the model, and price, and that is as far as the equation goes for the vast majority of consumers. They want a nice Porsche, in great shape, at the lowest price. The fact that you may have $10,000 worth of headers and exhaust just makes the car 10K more expensive than the same car somewhere else, in their minds (not ours). In some cases it can even make your toy worth less than the stock version. I have been there. It was an expensive lesson.
I agree with most of the previous posts on here. Patients is your best tactic.
I also have a GT2, with some pretty damn cool mods! It is worth infinitely more to me than it ever will be to anyone else. Knowing that, makes it an even more pleasurable experience to own and enjoy.
Best of luck with whatever you decide for your sportscar future.

If you try to sell the mods on the car, then yes, you gets pretty much nothing.
Not exactly. If you mod and keep your stock stuff, then part out when you sell, you can usually get about 30-60% of what you paid for the mods back (parts only) depending on the items. The actual percentage is higher, but after you factor in labor to turn back to stock and packing it comes down some.

As we have all said, there is a buyer that will love your car for that price. When we under price things, buyers sometimes think its not as good as the more expensive and will avoid it. Especially buyers who are the market for something like a GT2. When I was a buyer, I was looking for the best car not the cheapest.
Ive actually sold my modded 997tt several months ago and it took me about 2 months but I knew that when listing it. I always list my cars high several months before really needing to get rid of it and just let it sit there. Sooner or later the exact buyer will come and lucky for me he came and the color and mods were everything he wanted and he paid too dollar for it.
Been in the market for a new car ever since and it's been hard trying to find something better than what I sold but your gt2 comes very close. If it was white (I also had a black 997tt and don't want to deal with maintaining black anymore) and had 2-3 more years of warranty on it I would be a serious buyer.

You're in Dallas, right? Might wanna try the guys at RUF Autocenter. They do consignments. Good additional exposure. Might be worth it. Guy to speak to is Spencer Heitman. I agree w/the other posters, be patient. Fewer buyers at that price effects liquidity but not the intrinsic value. It's a great deal. Good luck.
I don't think your priced too low, think you will find they are actually selling in the mid $120's. It just takes time. Average time from experience to sell is around 90 days.
I have been trying to sell my 07 GT3 RS with 4k miles for approx 2 months and you just get the usual idiot tire kicker/low ballets to start with. Eventually someone who is serious will turn up. Just takes patience, if you fold the dealer will always win. Good luck.

It's the market!
I have had a Panamera TT on the market for 90 days and only 2 serious lookers. The price is right, the condition is excellent, and it has 10K miles.
It will sell eventually.

slow911tt68tip - post pics of your TT. I love the look of it from avatar. Do you have a thread somewhere ??? I dont want to hijack OP's thread but I really want to see your car.
Sell the GT2. They just don't keep their value. Your GT3RS is obviously a high optioned car, which doesn't mean much when selling, maybe if you find the right buyer, but take my case, every single friend I have that has a RS wanted a low optioned car, so did I. Only because we track our cars, but the buyer is out there.
The 130K for the GT2 is right the 115 or so for the RS is a little low. You could sell that car for 125 I believe.
There is a 4.0 RS for sale for 185K. that car will hold its value and so will the 3.8RS in the long run.

Did I miss the link to the fs posting for the gt2?
Edit: found it - I have looked at this ad before and I sort of blew it off because of the lack of pics
