Not that I will ever afford a CGT but I am curious how the "cockpit" is set up. Do you need to be 5'8 155lbs to be comfortable or would my 6'5 240lbs be ok?

Thanks

fwiw, i'm a somewhat fit 6'0/190 and am very comfy despite ordering my car with the narrower driver seat vs. the larger "XT" ones on most of them.

I'm 6'4" @ 215# and I fit in the XT seats just fine. At 6'5", your head might be a clearance problem with the tops on, though. I have about the thickness of the palm of my hand between the roof and my head for air space with the top halves on.

It's no problem with the roof halves taken off

Without a helmet.

For me, a helmet requires the tops to be removed.

is your seat the -10 mm option? does your head stick out above the rollover protection with a helmet (with the tops off)?

ps. would love a step by step re: harness install when and if you do it!

As far as I know, there is no -10 mm option. I think there is only a +10 mm seat-raise kit for those who need to see over the dash better.

The top of my helmet probably exceeds the height of the rollover structure, but I don't know by how much.

that's what i meant but suppose i phrased it poorly. i'm assuming your car didn't come with the +10? my passenger seat is the XT +10 (never know who is going to be over there) while the driver seat is the narrower, lower one.

Correct.

My car has no +10 mm for either seat and has XT width on both sides.
