Need help: Squeaky sound at the rear when going over slow bumps

Hi all,

I'm currently driving a 997.1 GT3 and I have been experiencing a squeaky sound coming from the rear when driving at slow speeds over humps and undulations. Suspension is stock and mileage is about 36,000km.

I brought it to my workshop and they re-greased the bushings on the anti-roll bar but the sound is still there. It doesn't happen at highway speeds.

What might be the cause? Can it be the dampers?

Pls help.. sound is driving me mad

Sounds like sway bar bushings but you say that they were just greased. I would start with the simple things first. Uninstall the bar, look over all the parts and reinstall. If it still squeaks, you can at least eliminate the bar as the culprit.

Dampers usually make a squishy sound when they go bad.

Thanks. Will get that re-checked.

What other rubber bushings are there in the rear section of the car? Would like to get all of them replaced.
