GT3 Corner balance Ques?

I reciently had a chance to put my "04 GT3 up on a set of scales, just wanted to get an idea as to what the "factory" corner balance looked like. With 2/3 of a tank of gas and no driver, the cross weights were almost perfect, within a couple of pounds of one another. But the L to R balance was over 100 lbs differential. I asked some folks at Farnbacher and their comment was that the L to R balance should be within 50 lbs of one another. And the balance on mine should be adjusted to comply. The improvement would be significantly better braking. A set of relavent weights, starting point, and the proper adjustment proceedure would be of prime interest. Anyone with first hand experience your comments would be most appreciated.

wouldent it make sense for the left side to be 100-150 lighter than the right side (look ing from the back)

so that when the driver sits in the car, it will be more equelly wieghted for tracking

let me provide the numbers it might be easier to discuss.

DF 581 PF 653
DR 966 PR 1023 Gross 3233

I'm not sure how a 200 lb driver would be split up amongst the 4 corners. It would almost certainly not be equally divided. I guess that's part of my question. Are these numbers close to what one would expect to see in a reasonablly balanced car?

Corner weight adjustment w/o driver is...

next to worthless. Next time get in the car with a reasonable facsimile of the weight of stuff you would wear on the track (helmet, cooler equipment if used, H&N restraint, suit, fire extinguisher, etc), have the gas tank filled to whatever level you track with and then check the numbers and proceed from there. Also, if you tend to have passengers (read instructor or friends/significant other) more often than not, get someone to sit in the car with you when you take the measurements.

There is a website somewhere (I need to look for it) that answers your question about where to start the mods. You might want to do a search on Rennlist or Renntech in the meantime.

Here are my corner weights. 200 lb driver, tech roll bar, Fikse's with Hoosier slicks, GT3 seats.

LF 630 RF 614
LR 1092 RR 1001

My understanding is that you want the total of the opposite corners to be close to 50 lbs. difference
