I never heard anything about getting a GT2 with 540hp, from the factory... Maybe it's only available in Europe or something. They should have that option in the states, that would be so sweet! Does anyone know anything about this?

 

I've heard some folks talk about getting close to 500hp at the rear wheels right from the factory. Very underrated at 456hp from the factory.

 

Wrong. They got the 5 and the 4 backwards. Should read 450 from the factory. No factory power kit option on the GT2.

Didn't the Clubsports have some sort of extra juice squeezed out? or am I hallucinating?

The clubsport GT2 is essentially the same as the regular GT2. Only difference is the roll bar and cloth covered bucket seats.

The factory never offered any power upgrades for the GT2. This one probably has an aftermarket power upgrade package.

 

Yea... I thought it was a little odd.
