Hi
I am fitting a gt3 front bumper to my car and I have the skin at the Bodyshop being painted .
And I have just ordered all the grills and retainers .
Does anybody please have a picture of the inside of a gt3 front bumper so I can see how everything fastens in ?
I take it there will be a lot of screws I need to order but my dealer cannot produce any info to let me know .
Any help appreciated .

It looks like everything just clips on the back of the bumper so hopefully it will be self-explanatory when the parts arrive ....

 

Ok next question ....
What is the difference between a gt3 bumper and a gt3rs bumper ?
I think mine is an rs and will check part numbers tomorrow , but I need to order the plastic radiator cowls and I'm being given a different part number for the rs .
I don't think the bumper openings are any bigger on an rs are they ??

 

I just called the Bodyshop my bumper part number is 997-505-111-0000 b9a

 

It must be a 997 505 191 and not 111.
The -09 and -10 has a sub number of 90 and 91. The 91 has a model number of I288. You will need someone better than I to tell you what that means. But if you get the sub number of 90 or 91 you will be set.

 

The numbers I have are as follows ....

Gt3 left 997 575 321 02
Gt3 right 997 575 322 02
Gt3 center 997 575 141 90

RS left 997 575 321 91
RS right 997 575 322 91
RS center 997 575 141 91

 

Also , cam you tell me how many screws I need to fir the air outlet mesh at the top of the bumper ?

Edit : scrap that , I just counted the holes in the 4 plastic mesh retainer pieces (28)

 

The first set of numbers are for the 07-08 GT3 (997.1)

The second set are the correct numbers for the 10+ GT3 (997.2). There is no difference between standard GT3 or RS.
