The previous owner had it installed in my GT3. A few opinions:

+ Overall it does not work as well as my dash mounted Escort in my other car. A lot of times I will see cops with radar well before the K40 sees them.

+ It's not loud enough over the ambient sounds of the GT3

+ It is rumored the "city" mode just shuts off the "X" band.

The bluetooth install is a great idea, I just don't think this product works very well. There are much better ones on the market now. Some of them have live databases of speed traps and speed cameras. Something like this...

Like yours mine came with the car. There's a receipt for something around $2,400???
