RSS toe arm installation question

i bought the RSS toe arns and i have a question about the installation.
There are two supplied spacers for the bump steer configration. If my rear ride height is set to 125mm from 133 (factory), should i put one spacer on top of the ball joint and one on the lower? Or should i have two spacers on the top side of the ball joint? There is no insturction from RSS on spacer settings.

Aren't they supposed to be as close to parallel to another suspension component (LCAs?) as the spacers will allow?

It will be helpful to offer insturction of config. the spacers using factory default ride height setting (997.1GT3 rear @ 133mm with factory wheels & tire) as a baseline. for example- more spacer on the top side if lowring the car within a range such kind of general guildiance. We just need some general knowledge what if we are lowering than factory setting.
For example, KW suspension offered general insturction in telling the user setting the damper & rebond and not specific setting.
Thanks
