Speccing out my 991 GT3 today and can't decide on interior
At the time of this post it's 50/50! Everyone I've asked has been split. I've never had such a difficult time making a stitching choice. Either way it will be awesome and I can't wait.
Yes there are. The car looks great with the red stitch and mean. I tried finding a comparable with gray stitch and had no luck.
yeah, $860 before any discount is definitely not chump change.
i think the red stitching would look great with the red dials, tho.
on the other hand, the gray stitching looks cleaner with std dials, IMO
i wish i had ur dilemma.. hahaha

They both look great! Your wife is right the grey is more subtle and therefore looks classier. The red is more aggressive and leans more towards a race car look IMHO.
If it was my car I would go with red gauges, red belts, red fire ext., and red stitching to all tie in together! If your willing to spend for the stitching and the fine details of how the interior looks counts, the red gauges are the right choice even at the extra cost.
But hey it is your ride and get what makes you smile the most. Thats whats counts here.
Good luck!
P.S. I have seen 3 GT3's in person with the red stitching and it is sweet. Maybe you can get the gray and be a little different from the crowd. Also I could see the photos of your car with the gray and maybe reconsider my opinion... Can you get the gauges to match the grey stitching or at least in white? I know yellow is not offered in gauges or stitching for the GT3...
Cheers,

Could be a very nice choice. Would love to see it.
Also, and again just my opinion, the fire extinguisher is looks more like a red thermos bottle than a fire extinguisher. It's too small and it uses a dry type chemical. An aftermarket 2.5 lb halquard fire extinguisher and bracket will look better and function much better.
.
It's red. But it is a must have seeing how prone these 991 GT3's are to catching fire.
