RP wanted to keep things tasteful and came to us to make a few improvements to the cosmetics on his Racing Yellow GT3. We gladly obliged. Though we love to see the finished products in our office before shipping, seeing them on the beast is far better.

As many of you know, we began offering painted rear reflectors the day after the 991 models were first released and we had early access to the vehicles. That was one of the first things that stood out to us, and we began producing them in body color to help blend them out of the beautiful view of the back end of these cars.

We have also been producing custom painted OEM emblems since 1998, and have perfected a way to layer the automotive finishes (same exact chemistry as the factory) onto plastics and other materials. This is quite different from standard body shop techniques, and the layering can take up to 11 days. But the results are spectacular.

Last but not least, we've been producing custom painted front washer nozzles the same way, since the first 997 models rolled out. We added these per RP's request, again subtle touches that just seem to help things blend in. Not that a Racing Yellow beast like this is under the radar!
