Quadrifoglio vs. GT3 at the 'Ring

Like the story on the HP says, traffic and driver skill can make for big differences at the infamous 'Ring. But this video of the new Alfa hanging with a GT3 is still pretty impressive... Even if the Italian likely went into limp mode after such a spirited drive.

Seriously, what do you think the odds are this baby went into limp mode post run?

So the car lasted the whole lap without seeming to pull power, so what would make you think it will go into 'limp mode' at the end when the driver is backing off?
Frankly the car is really quick; no doubt of it. He obviously had TC and ESP off, but I'm wondering if he wouldn't have been faster in 'Race' mode with a minimum of 'nannies' left on.
