Signed up for a 997GT3 yesterday...
and I'm FIRST on the list! Guys, this is the benefit of living in a small city...Baton Rouge. They may not get as many allocated but on the other hand, you are way up on the list. Maybe they cancel each other out but first is first is first! I can't wait. Now I just have to decide if I'm going to keep my '96 993 coupe. I have only 30,000 miles on it and I really love it but the GT3 will probably end up $120K+.

I really hope pccb and CGT seats are standard as it appeared in the pic...even if not, Def worth spending little more $$$ for those options...

as far as for the seats, they are part of the new Club Sport package. we'll see if it makes it to our shore, which i hope so but doubt it.

I was talking to the dealer today and he asked if I decided on the specs. I sent him an email with this order for the GT3.
A1-Black
003-ClubSport Package
P74-Bi-Xenon Headlights
567-Windscreen Grey Top Tint
P12-Auto-Dimming Mirrors with Rain Sensor
640-ChronoSport Plus (No PCM)
XXZ-Foot Rest in Alu
810-Floor Mats
Climate Control is standard finally. Curiously, the 997 GT3 comes with Yellow faced instrements as standard. LSD is standard as well for those worried that it might not be part of the standard spec. Had to think long and hard about the PCCB II, I didn't go for them here but I might change my mind later.
Still on the fence as far as exterior colour is concerned. Wanted Slate Grey, than thought of White, and finally I setteled on Black. Thank God the ClubSport comes only in Basic Black inside. One less headache on interior colour.
Didn't go for alot of options as you can see.

I'm not in the US actually. In Bahrain and the GT3 launch might be a bit before you guys. Don't think the factory is taking orders as of yet but the dealer thought that I should finalize my order just incase orders can be put in the system.
