1) The car needs to be lifted (can get around this, see #2). This is non-trivial and should only be done by a Porsche shop with a GT tech on hand.
2) I found out that you can purchase jack plates and a torque converter from Porsche. I did that (about $2000), which means you can jack up your own car, but that's just enough to change a wheel, not the oil.
It seems about the only thing they want you to mess with is adding oil. I asked to have my car looked at prior to a track event, and they assured me i should wait until 15,000 miles. That's pretty crazy, but that's why i purchaed a Porsche.

I would never attempt jacking up the car due to obvious clearance issues but would put it on a lift instead. Unless the engine needs to be removed, I would assume the oil changes should be pretty straight forward.
