How many of you would have thought Porsche would have taken the classic unchanged coupe body styling of the turbo and make a cab 10 yrs ago? Probably not many. So don't underestimate this thread.For example, you can't come close to mimicking the 997 GT3 styling (by far the best looking of all 997 vehicles) by modding your 997 cab...aerokit? no way b/c the rear wing won't fly with cab mechanism. Exactly why the aerokit is only for 997 coupes.
Take my c4 cab...no wing would work on the car to come close to the gt3 esp. since the aerokit wing won't fly for the cab. Also, the widebody of the c4 would make the sideskirts/rear wing look asymmettrical.... Agreed a GT3 cab might be a far stretch but how does one achieve this look with a 997 c 4 cab?
