Flashing?
This may be a dumb question, but I figured I should ask anyway. What happens when you "flash" your car? I know I probably opened the door for some one-liners, (which are always welcome) but I also can't be the only one who doesn't know what it is, and the benefits.

The reason I ask is that I would be interested in doing it if you could guaranty 15 peak rwhp.
