I'm thinking of putting on the europipe, GIAC flash and BMC filter on my '05 Gt3. They claim a 30 horsepower increase and a 25 lb/ft torque increase. Has anyone done this mod and if so, do you feel a noticeable difference in performance? Has anyone had their vehicle dyno tested before and after to see if the gains were accurate? Just trying to get a feel if this mod is worth it other than the car sounding great. The shop that is doing the work is very reputable, so I know the work will be done properly. I just keep hearing from different sources that these gains are not possible with those mods. Your comments are appreciated.

GT3 sound

I have also heard that exhaust and ecu mods on the existing GT3 engine provides less real results than advertised and therefore not typically worthwhile. I do recommend the SMF from the RS, Euro RS bucket seats and muffler bypass(too loud for some) that when done in combo also reduce weight by approx. 120lbs. I've heard that that reducing the gear ratios for 2nd-6th and the Cup LSD are recommended and very noticable sotp. Depends how far you are willing to go. I also thought about going with a 3.9 motor upgrade from Manthey or Porsche Motorsport, but I know it will not end there...
Frankly, the car is sweet as is and driver skill improvement is probably the best ROI along with a good alignment. Still, I'll probably continue tweeking. Just bought an RS engine airscoop and cup front splitter.
