BBS Aluminum Racing Wheels
Bbs
Thanks for the info, will check it out. Back to the original thread, if you don't have the faux center caps, will the original Porsche caps work? I'm of the understanding that they will not which limits the options.
yeah, I didn't see any other cap options...I'm with Oak...I like em...guess I'm just a bling lover...Nelson, the faux caps attach with three torx screws...completely different than the GT3 stock caps...Leaving the centers uncapped might look racer but I don't care for the look...to each his own

Have you noticed a significant difference with the slightly reduced unsprung weight?

Most racing wheels are centerlock (CUP, RSR, etc.)... so of course they would have the "real thing" for that very reason.
I don't mind the faux centerlock caps because it actually completes the look of the wheel and makes the center look larger (BBS racing center looks small due to the stepped lip). I suppose it's more unsprung weight, but I've made up for those with titanium bolts and hollow cast magnesium alloy wheel carriers, so it's a wash...
I guess the simple solution is to convert to a real center locks. It does look abit sloppy with no center caps. Get rid of all the bolts and have a real center lock and get rid of the extra weight of the all the bolts.
