Just received a call from my Porsche dealer advising me of the fact some launch GT3s are on the horizon.. although I love my 996 GT3 we began discussing the new car. Now I'm jazzed for the rest of the day. No further talk until the GSM returns to the dealership on Monday, but I'm floating about a foot off the ground.
Does anyone know the HP and torque ratings on the 997 GT3. I can live with the sunroof if need be. I did put a verbal hold on one of the cars...he said they have a black/black coming in, he thinks.

 

997 GT3: 3.6l, 415 hp @ 7,600 rpm, 300 lb.-ft @ 5,500 rpm... yep, that's 115 normally aspirated horses per liter of displacement boys and girls. DAMN!!
