Oops Rick, It's hard to see the other two rear doors.. Not nice to come on here and try to make us feel like we don't know what we're talking about especially with only 60 posts...Welcome to the 6speed family. Just a little feed-back to judge behavior.

This kinda shows to me how fast the SL65 is and how capabile the AMG Benzo cars are....the CGT is a rare weekend only car that you don't take to the mall, McDonalds or to the movies. the SL65 can do all those things, drop the top and cruise in comfort.

Yes the CGT sounds nice but for a half a milllion dollar race porsche it had better to all those things!

rick
Over here people have the S65 to go to the movies, the S8 to go to McDonalds, a CGT for fun and a Veyron for when they have to look baller. They also sprinkle their food with diamonds.

We're not comparing anything, we're just appreciating.

Well rick, first welcome to 6speedonline....second (in Porsche's defense) I have been using the CGT as a daily driver for the past two months....i have put close to 9200miles in the two months...it have made several Las Vegas-LA-Nothern California trips...all without one miss...With the tops on, It sounds like the factory exhaust....now with the tops off...its pure 917 sound!
I do agree with you on the SL65 or in this case S65(as someone pointed out ) to be a great do-it-almost-all sedan..I have driven the Renntech S65 and WOW...awesome car..Attachment 43949
