Gt3 Owners Age???
I'm 37 and I got my first Porsche at 18. It was a 1983 944. Had at least 20 Porsches since. Liked them all but some more than others. Still like the 89 944 Turbo S. (looking to buy a clean low miles one)

Hmmm
, it appears as if us old guys are definatly in the minority now. After recalculating the average it now stands at 41.03 years of age. This is assuming everyone is being truthful about their age and ownership!!
I guess we could require a copy of everyones birth certificate and registration to make it official.
Maybe even require proof of employment or a copy of their schedule C!

Wow that puts myself, Azgt3,plima and jim911 way above average!!
What's really cool is that I am now on the list for the 2009 998 GT3 and I will be 63 by the time that arrives.

Do you have any info on this car? If so PM me. Are you going to the historics? I will catch up with your mileage when I drive to Rennsport in November. Across the U.S., 5000 miles, in a GT3, now thats going to be fun.

It's been awhile. Don't think I will make it to the historics this year, I will just be getting back from fiji and will be up to my *** in alligators. Some of us old guys still have to work inorder to feed our passion!
Better arrange for a pit stop for some fresh MPSC's on the way home from Rennsport.
I bought my first Porsche in 1972. It was a 914 and I had a fantastic time with her.
She was Orange too... just like my 997 GT3RS is now! My 914 had a black hardtop.
My wife (of then) and I once drove her from Ohio to the Florida Keys just so I could play in a golf tournament in Ley Largo. Kinda wish I had her now just for 'old times' sake! But then again..... I wish I had my
1968 Road Runner HEMI I bought brand new in 1968! Mags
p.s. Oh yeah.... I'm 59 now.... still acting like I'm 16 1/2!
