MASSIVE speed bumps as well!!!
I feel like this is an obnoxious way to compliment someone: saying that they got it just because they overpaid, and then talking about how ****ty the driving conditions are in the location of the owner. Oh yeah, then asking what business the guy is in.

Congratulations Simon on your new cars, they both look great.

Doctor K is infamous around these parts
The multi-function steering wheel on the TT has a different finish than I have ever seen. From the photo it appears to have a very shiny finish...almost like black lacquer. Whats up!

well first of all... in China all cars are double the price except the ones that are built in China... second i know HOW **** the roads are there... and if you drive these cars out, not many parking curbs are friendly to a Porsche except the Cayenne... and third i am really interested in what business he is in simply because i do business in China and would maybe have interest of doing some business together... but never the less I love both cars... and enjoy them in good health!!!

China is not alone in this respect. Many asian/southeastern asian countries have insane import duties (~300%) and horrible roads for the cars.

Hell, even in Australia you're gonna spedn more than 2x the price of a car to have it there. 200k cars cost you $600k.

you are absolutely right... my thoughts on import duties are that they are just trying to do 2 things...
1. sell more of their own cars (which has alot of benefits from Labour to Economy)
2. Keeping cars limited on the road
