Apparently not. Never heard of the guy, but I just spent a couple of minutes reading the stuff on his website. He appears to be self-made, so props to him. And about that prince thing, he isn't of noble descent. He got adopted at the age of 37 (!) by some other prince. Rumours have it he payed him 1 million dollars. The other guy (who is now his father and married to Zsa Zsa Garbor) isn't really blue-blooded either, but was adopted as well. Apparently they are disdained by the rest of the (real) german nobility.

I'll reserve judgement here... Simply stating the facts I could find on his homepage.
