No single-mass fly wheel for us!
... source from Excellence Feb. 2007 issue... but good news is that our cars are coming with 17.7Gallons tank (67L) where as ROW cars have 23gallons tank (90L)... it says if we option for A/C delet and PCCBs the US GT3RS is actually going to be lighter than the ROW version...
despite dual mass fly wheel, glass rear windows, and Sport seats

Huh? Seems a bit strange. Here is an excerpt from the US order guide...
"Power Transmission
6-speed manual transmission with single-mass flywheel and transmission oil cooling."

"Our 3,062 pound weight estimates for the U.S. RS takes the mandatory power seats (+61 pounds), DUAL-MASS FLYWHEEL (+18 pounds), glass rear window (+4.4 pounds), and 67 liter fuel tank (-52 pounds) into account, but doesn't address the loss of the heavy rear roll cage - so, U.S. RSs maybe lighter than European models. Unfortunately, installing the non-approved shell bucket seats could cost U.S. 997 GT3 RS owners between $6,000 and $8,000..."

If you want the 90L tank look for a shop with a 997 Cup, most are replacing the 90L tank with a fuel cell. Those tank are just collecting dust and most likely can be had for little dollars.
