so just a quick question. why did they hold your check and why did it take a lawyer to get their *** straigh? that sucks but kewl that you are all sorted out.

Well, for a week the money was in the dealers account. They would never call me. I would call and call and call and they would never responsed. So i had enough! The deal was already 8 weeks deep and i couldn't deal with it anymore. So i called my lawyer to have him give them a scare, and it worked. i heard from him right away..

For 5 weeks the dealer never gave me straight answers to were the money was.. I felt he was being shady!!

it's so weird, it's not their money, maybe he was trying to figure out how to
steal it..LOL and blame it on the other side

but glad everything worked out man!! where's the GT3

Glad everything worked out for you. I hated reading all of the bad news and how worse the situation kept getting I can't believe a dealer would be so shady. Makes me wonder....

It wasn't that dealership. I bought the GT3 from them, they've been great..

It's this local dealer in NJ that i was gonna do a courtesy trade with my cayenne.
