Edit: beat me to it... it does kinda read Alsaudixxxx. The car next to it has Abu Dhabi plates though.

You guys have never seen the washable spraypaint/markers for cars?

it took teachers abot 45 seconds to realize their cars were not ruined after I got a hold of them on grad prank.

That is Dubai, it looks like the Mall of the Emirates (the one with the ski slope).

The UAE team won the GCC Football cup all the arabs here had there cars painted with that stuff and covered in flags. I thought it was permanent until I saw a new CL get washed at the car wash a few days ago
