Add to the Seats, Roll Cage and Rear Bumper the smaller fuel tank. The ROW GT3 RS comes with a 92 liter while the US version comes with a smaller 62 liter Fuel Tank. The rear glass is made of Lexan as well as opposed to the thinner Glass standard on the US Model. Other than that, I guess there are the same. The ROW version does come with Seat Harnesses and a Fire Extinguisher but I've got no idea if that's included with the US RS.

 

Roll cage, harness bar, ext, CF seats are part of the Club Sport package. Not available on any car from the factory for the US, DOT BS or something like that.
