PCCB and the track

I have not been to any other forums that have been referred to by the 6Speed users that might contain the info I am requesting. I am reading bits and pieces in some threads of possible problems with the PCCBs on the track. What exactly is the problem? I have PCCBs and I plan on tracking the car. Jezz, I thought that the PCCB WAS a track developed component!

Rennlist has a long gory thread on the pccb issue. If it's an occasion track day and you don't brake to the limit for a long time and do give your self some cool down laps w/o hardly using the brakes, you may be alright, provided you seat the pads correctly when new. Most people who will seriously track them will by a steel set up and swap out the pccb's for tracking. It's mighty expensive replacing the pccb rotors if you toast them. Read more on Rennlist in the GT3/GT2 forum. Thread should be on page 1 or 2....
