Anorack required to help with Avitar

OK,

So I am technically inept and am not afraid to admit it.

Can anyone help me in getting my pathetic attempt at an avitar (please see to your left) in some form so that it become readable.

I see that 32 people have looked at this post but no one has been able to assist is getting this thing sorted out.

That means either:

A) I am not alone in being able to master technology

Or

B) The Anoraks objected to being called Anoraks...
