Not true. It's 1 point for moving violation. Can go to traffic school to get it off record if you haven't been to school in past 18 months. Still have to pay the fine and minor court fee.

Of course fake, if one speed limit sign is not replaced / covered in a construction zone then your speeding ticket is thrown out here in IL. The car pooling thing tells it all, can't leave old signs posted no matter what.
