ORange RS wanted.
The primary Porsche dealer could easily sell that car to a secondary dealer for a lot more than 15 over. They would sell or lease that car for alot more.I have one already but if your friend passes on that car for 15 over PM me and I will buy it .Thanks
Look I am not trying to sell you all a car, I am looking an orange one for a reasonable price-still over sticker but not 40-50K I have pointed some of you in the direction of the car that was offered to me. Thats all I can do.
I cant do a deal for you or force the same offer to you.
Still looking for a reasonable orange one- good luck to the rest of you.
If you dont believe I dont really care, I am just trying to help a friend who is just about ready to pull the trigger.
STFOBR the car that was offered to me was already purchased from another dealer and this guy has had it for 60 days.
Arling it could have been a end of month deal to a known GT3 customer but it was the second out of the blue cold call I have recieved.
I didnt even think about it being the end of the month.

I am confused. There is an available RS for a reasonable price. The buyer is going to pass because he can't buy it right now, but you still want everyone to tell you were to find a reasonably priced RS. Oh yea, and you won't mention where this RS for 15k over can be found. It is a game of give and take
And if he isn't ready to buy, why look. A good deal of 15-20-30 over or so isn't going to sit parked waiting for him. I say wait until he's ready. As for your odd request, I know of one right now reasonably priced(not 50 over). You pm me the information on the 15 over and I'll pm you where a 400 mile black/orange is
Jesus you guys, Get off the "old Guys" A$$ will ya. He is just trying to help a buddy out and everybody is bandwagoning. It's a cruel world out there but no reason to persecute a family member. Geez, the Shi$ is getting deep in here!!

Keevo the one thats available right now is not orange nor his color of choice
thats why he is not pulling the trigger. If one of you want it do your homeowork and get the best deal you can-its been sitting for over 60 days.
Most wanted He is looking now and he doesnt HAVE to pay 15 over he will go higher if he feels the values right and optioned they he would like it. Thats why he is lookin now. He would like to be in the 25-20-15K over range when he finds his car, if possible.
Smoothcab Thanks- I dont know why its so combative. Any one could do what I did and find what I did. I was cold called and offered this deal. But its not the car My friend wants. Hey if your in Long Island NY look up CA dealers and start your homework. I dont know why its such a big deal
People who have them dont believe the deals -WHy would I make this up.
I am hearing guys getting in for 22 over so 15 aint that for off.
I am not selling anyone anything I just asked for some help- if you know a orange one thats been sitting for awhile the dealer may be ready to move.
I also know one dealer who has sat on one now for 90 and is willing to listen to offers below what he paid for the RS. He wants it to move. THis is not impossible.
Again thanks to those who have tried to help keep me posted.
thanks

Its not combative. Your asking for favors, but aren't willing to help others by saying this "If one of you want it do your homework and get the best deal you can-its been sitting for over 60 days."
So, I say to you, do the same. I do know of a perfect 400 mile car in black with PCCB's, etc for a very reasonable price. What gives me the motivation to help you when you are not willing to help other 6 speeders?

Paul,
You're getting a similar reaction from most people on both forums (here and Rennlist) on which you've made this post. No one is trying to be combative.
I think it's obvious that all they want is the name of the dealer that will accept $15K over, since you and/or your friend don't want to take advantage of this RS opportunity -- what's the harm in sharing the info.
All the best,

All the best,
Old Guy (Paul),
Rusnak in Westlake just got a black with orange trim RS (well equiped). I don't know how much over they are asking but they are reasonable. I'm sure they will negotiate especially if you tell them about the offers you already have. I know a few people who got their GT3's at MSRP from them. The salesman is Paul 805-402-8049. Hope this helps you, your friend, or whomever else looking.

There is a Silver/Orange wheeled RS asking price $169k on www.drautos.com. Go to Porsche and type GT for keyword. The guy I had talked to said they are very motivated to sell this car. This could easily be the one this guy is talking about. Get it for $160k and thats about 15 over. I am not sure this is the car but if you like Silver it wouldn't be hard to change out the Orange wheels and decals to Black and make 1 great looking RS
